About me
I've spent 15+ years working inside businesses, sometimes embedded in their operations for years at a time, sometimes as an outside strategic partner brought in for the decisions that matter most. Clients have ranged from solo practitioners to agencies to tech startups to some of the world's leading AI labs.
I focus on solo practitioners and small firms because that's the segment with the hardest time finding strategic and operational support that fits, and those are the businesses I grew up in. When something real is on the line, a chatbot won't cut it. Neither will a coach, a workshop, or someone whose entire career has been at the enterprise level. The most rewarding work I do is for smaller-scale clients who care deeply about what they're building.
